10 ways to feel better about yourself

Some days are better than others. On those days that go less well, we usually end up being hard on ourselves. Here are some tools to avoid doing so.

1. KEEP GOING. Don't let life`s changes throw you off track, but remember that most extenuating circumstances are temporary. Gain more clarity by staying the course and channeling your energy in a positive direction.

2. TRUST YOURSELF. Believe in your inner resources, no matter what, and you'll grow from the experience. I believe that the answer usually lie within and you are probably smart enough to figure out what you need to do. Give your self a little time and have patience.

3. BE FRIENDS WITH LIFE. Remember that the world is not out to get you and it does not punish you. You do that to yourself. Learning to focus on other opportunities or in another direction can give you some perpective.

4. WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS. Your thinking will never be 100 percent positive. You must learn to dismiss the negative thoughts and use your mind to quell them.

5. SUMMON THE STRENGTH YOU HAVE INSIDE. Learn to access and direct your strenghs to the highest good for all concerned. Believe that your strength and intelligence can help you deal with anything. Remember that you have survived worse.

6. LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF. You do not have to be who you are today, and your life is not scripted. Changing how you feel about yourself means creating a strategy, gathering some new tools, and making yourself into the person you want to be. A good way to start is to stop doing things that hurt.

7. DONT WANT TOO MUCH. Desire can be a powerful motivating tool, but wanting something too much can be very paintful and very expensive, so don't live beyond your means or covet the unattainable. Seek your desire, but keep your integrity.

8. DONT GET INSULTED. It is wise to be dispassionate about  critical comments. Human's will always bump heads, but consider the source, and if its the other person`s issue, ignore it. Learn to respond instead of react, and don't show your ire.

9. RECOGNIZE THAT DISAPOINTMENT IS PART OF LIFE. even the most  successful people have to deal with disappointment, but they`ve learned how to use it to get to next level of life. The trick is to procces your feelings, then take some kind of action.

10. DEAL WITH YOUR FEARS. Overcoming fear makes you stronger, and being a little scared can make you better. You want to have butterflies; you just want them flying in formation. It helps to understand and mit your fears. Then you can kick them to the curb.
feel good about yourself, no matter what life brings. Know that each  time you wake up, you have another chance to make things better. Don't waste it.

The Pillowcase

A pillow is a support for the head or other parts of the body, used while sleeping on a bed, or, in the United State, for the body as used on a couch or chair ( which  English would call a cushion ).
In contemporary western culture pillows consist of a fabric envelope which contains a soft stuffing, which may range from down feathers to synthetic foam. In other cultures, pillows have been made of wood or stone. Bed pillows are typically covered with a cloth pillowcase. Pillow used in a living room typically have a cloth cover.
There are also Throw pillows ( also called toss pillows, and in the UK, pillow shams ), which are pillows that are mainly decorative and not designed for support or comfort. A cushion is a soft bag filled with air or padding such as feathers or foam rubber.  In the united Kingdom, pillows used on chairs, sofas, or daybeds are called cushion, with the word pillow used only for pillows on a bed. In the UK, cushion  are usually square, while bed pillow are oblong.

Love letter to the woman with a dying heart

To the woman with a dying heart

Ive been there. I have shriveled away into that swallowing black hole of depression. I know the choking back of tears, the suffocating weeping, the gasping of air that slowly strangles a heavy heart. the deterioration of hope. That gut-wrenching torture of feeling significantly insignificant. To wake up every morning to the painful irony of darkness. The physical and very real ache in your stomach reflecting immense emotional agony.

Im no stranger to mascara stained pillows and lonely movie nights and sticking my head in the freezer to un-swell my puffy eyes. I have felt purposeless. I have felt shame and deep regrets. I have lost myself. I have felt wholly and  utterly unloved.

Ive made bad decision after bad decision punishing myself for my unworthiness.

Gothic Architecture

Gothic architecture is a style of architecture that flourished during the high and late medieval period. It involved from Romanesque architecture and was succeeded by Renaissance architecture. Originating in 12th- century france and lasting into the 16th-century, Gothic architecture was known during the period as Opus Francigenum ( French work ) with the term Gothic first appearing during the later part of the Renaissance.

" There can be no doubt that term ` Gothic ' as applied to pointed styles of ecclesiastical architecture was used at first comtemptuously, and in derision, by those who were ambitious to imitate and revive the Grecian order of architecture, after the revival of classical literature ".

Dreams

Dream Interpretation is the process of assigning societies. Dreaming was considered a supernatural communication or a means of divine intervention, whose message could be unravelled by people with certain powers. in 1953, Calvin S Hall developed a theory of dreams in which dreaming is considered to be a cognitive process. hall argued that a dream was simply a thought or sequence of thoughts that occurred during sleep, and that dream images are visual representations of personal conceptions. For example, if one dreams of being of being attacked by friends, this may be a manifestation of fear of friendship.
